Return Policy:

Customers may return the product to the store for a full refund within 30 days if the product is unopened, unused and in resaleable condition.   Refund will be given using the same payment method it was purchased with.  

Defective merchandise except those categories listed below, can be returned to the store for an exchange within the timeline outlined on the packaging.   If there is no mention of defective policies on the packaging, we will exchange the defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase.    If we do not have an acceptable exchange, we may refund the purchase price if within the 30 day return window.  

The following merchandise may not be returned to the store, and instead must be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer:
Generators, pumps, coolers, tool boxes, fans over 24” in diameter, discontinued items, power equipment, power tools, and any product that has been exchanged for defective in the past 24 months.     

 

Privacy Policy:

Supply Industrial Hardware LLC does not sell your information to anyone.   Epicor software which hosts the site does not have my authority to track or sell customer information.    Many computers’ web browsers track, and suggest purchases to you, but we are not doing that.  We may follow up with you on purchases if we need feedback.  

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Any order that is cancelled before it has been shipped to the customer will be refunded to the customer.   The customer must call the store and give the credit card over the phone to be credited.   Credits are made at the time of the call, but customers may not see the refund for a few days or however long their bank takes to issues refunds.  

Shipping/Delivery Policy

We will deliver to businesses in the Greater Sacramento area that have in-store accounts.   If paying by credit card, we will ship by UPS.   In-house deliveries are scheduled based on the region the business is located.   Emergency deliveries must be called in, and will be charged based on supply and demand.  

In-store pickup will be ready by 9am on the following day.   A text or email will be sent once the order is ready for pickup.
